1. Schools are responsible for determining the subject matter of their
students' artwork. If you need some ideas, call or email us. We're happy to
get creative with you!
2. For Auction Posters, orders AND original artwork must be received at least
6 weeks in advance of your school's fundraiser.
3. Individual Prints can be set-up at anytime during the school year.
4. Student artwork should not be larger than 8" x 10".
5. Laminated artwork is not accepted.
6. Digital photos of your student's artwork is not accepted. All original
artwork will be returned to you.
7. Schools are responsible for providing in type-written format the following
information which may appear on each poster: title, subtitle, school name,
class or grade, school year, teacher's name(s) and students names. Please
make sure all names are spelled correctly!
8. Leave the poster design to us! Preschool Palettes will provide one PDF
proof of the poster prior to printing. This proof is included in the set-up fee.
Any changes or edits beyond text will incur an additional $25 fee per proof
and may delay delivery of your poster.
9. Shipping and handling charges may apply to orders outside the DC Metro
area and will be invoiced to the school or appropriate representative.
10. All posters are printed on matte-coated heavy bond paper.
